Hoi An “Banh Mi” with Beefsteak


The French taught the Vietnamese how to make baguettes, but the Vietnamese created their own version ~ a lighter, easier to digest version with less dough. My delicious Hoi An banh mi is made using freshly made baguettes with a filling of tender beefsteak, radish and carrot pickles, cucumber, fresh herbs and Hoi An chilli sauce.
